Our Tour:

DAY 01.- We pick you up at the airport or bus station in Tuxtla Gutierrez and transfer to Cahuaré where we take the motor boat in order to visit the impressive sumidero canyon (two hours trip) also visit of the charming colonial city of Chiapa de Corzo, the colonial fountain, Santo Domingo church and lacquer museum (closed on Monday), lunch in a typical Restaurant, drive to San Cristobal de las Casas.

DAY 02.- Early in the morning 07:45 hrs. Departure to Ciudad Cuauhtemoc for the custom procedures, we do the same in la Mesilla border of Guatemala and Mexico and there our staff contacts us, and we change vehicles and continue to Panajachel arriving in the afternoon with lunch by your own on route. Accommodation in the hotel.

DAY 03.- After breakfast we start the excursion in a motor boat by the huge lake Atitlan, visiting some of the villages around, like San Marcos village, San Pedro where we make a walk, Santiago Atitlan here we do a tour by walking o taking the tuc tuc that is a ride in a motor cycle taxi by the town and visit of the church, the central park, the bay, Maximon house, this is a Saint to whom people offers tributes for asking him favours time to see hand crafts and visit of a Tzutuijhil family in order to Know the culture and traditions of the place, weaving with the back strap loom, the use of the typical customs and beautiful panoramic views of the volcanoes, lunch by your own. Return to Panajachel and at 16:00 hrs. Transfer to Antigua, accommodation in the hotel.

DAY 04. - After breakfast , we start the visit of this beautiful colonial city of Antigua in order to get to know the history of the place and see the main buildings like: the convent of la Merced and its fountain, Las capuchinas, convent of the Jesuits, Santo Domingo and its museum, San Carlos, San Francisco and others, lunch included in a restaurant of the place, rest of the afternoon off for personal activities.

DAY 05.- Early in the morning at 06:00 hrs. Departure to Rio Dulce with breakfast en route, visiting the interesting archaeological site of Quiriguá where we see the highest and most elaborated steles of the Maya culture, arrival to Rio Dulce, lunch not included and accommodation at the hotel, rest of the free time for walking and get to know this beautiful place with its colorful houses and people. ALSO IT IS POSSIBLE TO SLEEP IN LIVINGSTONE.

DAY 06.- At 08:00 am. We start a tour by motorboat through the lake izabal and this beautiful ecological reserve and recreate with nature visiting the castle and the farm, return to Rio Dulce and transfer to Flores with food included en route, accommodation in the hotel.

DAY 07.- After breakfast at 07:45, departure to the national park of Tikal and we start the visit of the most famous archaeological site of Guatemala, belonging to the Maya culture, site of huge architecture, we visit the high temples of the Jaguar, temple of the masks, the royal palace, beheaded serpent temple and others, lunch included in a restaurant inside of the park and back to Flores.

DAY 08.- At 05:00 hrs. Departure to Bethel with breakfast on route, (we carry on a box breakfast) we arrive to Bethel and do the custom procedures, take a motor boat towards Frontera Corozal where the Mexican guide waits for us and leads us to the archaeological site of Yaxchilan in a motor boat by the Usumacinta river, visit of this beautiful place surrounded by the Lacandon jungle, we admire the steles, carvings, lintels, high temples of huge architecture and back to Frontera Corozal, lunch included in the restaurant of the place, continue to Bonampak where we get to know the most important and biggest mural paintings of the Maya civilization, transfer to Palenque accommodation in the hotel.

DAY 09.- After breakfast we start the visit of the most important and biggest ancient city of the Maya world. place where we see the magnificent architecture and art expressed in the many temples like: temple of inscriptions, the palace, temple of the sun, foliage cross, temple of the cross ball court, archaeological site where the archaeologists have registered more than two hundred temples hidden into the jungle. Lunch in a local restaurant and transfer to villa Hermosa airport or bus station.
